  • Exercise – (Specific walking and basic swimming)
  • Concentration – (Relax, slow your heart rate, and hold your breath, practice the underwater Buddha)
  • Specific Birthing exercises – (Relax and contract your muscles while stretching the groin muscles to ease in giving birth)
